STEP 1:
Before to wear contact lenses you have to wash carefully your hands with a soap. Then rise your hands and dry them with a lint-free towel.
(Step 1)
STEP 2:
Next step you have to check that the lenses are not inside out. For this you have to put one lens on the tip of your finger and look it up to the light. If the edge flare out, the lens it`s inside out. Some lenses have a 1, 2, 3; indicator—make sure the digits aren’t backwards. The difference can be subtle, but before placing a contact lens on your eye, make sure it looks like half a ball, not a soup bowl with a rim.
Don't worry if you place a contact lens in your eye inside out. The lens will feel uncomfortable, but it can't do any damage.
(step 2)
STEP 3:
To put the lens on, use your right hand and gently hold your upper eyelid with one finger so you don’t blink or get your eyelashes in the way, and carefully pull down your lower eyelid with your other fingers. Put the lens on your eye while looking upward or forward, whichever you find to be easier. You also can apply the contact lens by placing it on the white of the eye closest to your ear. Gently close your eyes and roll your eyes in a complete circle to help the lens settle, and then blink.
(step 3)
Look closely to the mirror to make sure the lens is centered on your eye. If it is, the lens should be comfortable and your vision should be clear.
